This is a set of small image tools that do one job each and do it on your own device. There are no accounts, no watermarks and no upload queue.
Why they run in your browser
A picture can show your face, your home, your documents and, in its hidden data, where you were. Sending that to a stranger's server to shrink it is more trust than the job needs. Doing the work locally means there is nothing to trust.
What to expect
Results come from your browser's own image tools, so they are as good as your browser makes them. A few tools load a small helper library the first time you use them, namely the HEIC converter and the PDF reader. Your pictures and documents are still not uploaded.
What these tools will not do
- They cannot add detail to a blurry picture.
- They cannot remove or replace a background.
- They do not edit PDFs, only turn pages into pictures and pictures into a PDF.
If something fails or gives a poor result, tell us. That is how the tools get better.
